Visit us

Arrels’ mission is to attend homeless people so that they can improve their life, but also to spread the word about this problem and raise awareness about the problems of poverty in our environment. We do this by offering testimonies, visits to our centre and other free initiatives.

If you are a school, university, group of friends, association…

  • Visit Arrels’ facilitiesto find out about our work and listen to the testimony of a homeless person.
When? Tuesday to Friday mornings from 10h to 14h and Wednesday afternoons from 16h to 19h.
  • We go to your centre, in the city of Barcelona, to explain what Arrels does and the reasons that lead someone to the street. If possible, we will offer a testimony of someone affected.
When? Tuesday to Friday mornings from 10h to 14h and Wednesday afternoons from 16h to 19h.
  • Have a walk on the street with a person who has lived rough and is linked to Arrels. The idea is to stroll through some neighbourhoods of the city, discovering the reality of homeless people and looking at Barcelona in a different way.
When? Visits are on Tuesday and Thursday from 10h to 12h and Wednesday from 16h to 18h.

If you are an Arrels member or contributor…

Arrels’ members or contributors who want to know us better can come to visit us whenever they want! If you want to spread the word about Arrels’ work to your friends, family or workmates, we can also organise a guided visit of the entity.

If you are a group who don’t speak Spanish nor Catalan, with some physical disability or some kind of necessity, let us know so that we can find the best way to make the visit.
