2020 forced us to work from the emergency for the first time and, during 2021, we have returned to our usual way of accompanying people, with more intensity. In total, we attended 2,129 people. We have expanded the street team and started to visit the people who live on the street in all the districts of the city; throughout the year, we visited a total of 865 people, 27% more than the previous year. We have also guaranteed stable accommodation for 249 people.
