The holder and the general terms and conditions of the contract

The following General Conditions regulate the sale of goods and products in the website, property of ARRELS FUNDACIO, with Tax Identification Number G61611364 and located at RIERETA, 24 BAIXOS 08001 (BARCELONA).

It is mandatory for users who buy products in to fully accept all the provisions contained in the conditions as they are at the time of the purchase. The user must read and accept the conditions before buying any product in

How to place an order

The purchase process is very simple since no prior registration is required.


1) PICK THE PRODUCT: Select and click on the desired product or service and you will find a detailed description of the product and its price (VAT included).

2) ADD IN THE BASKET and PURCHASE to finish the process:

  • If this is your first time making a purchase, you will be asked to complete a form with billing details. At the end of it, you will also have the possibility to create an account and benefit from more information about our website.
  • If you have bought a product in our website before, you will just need to log in using your username and password.

3) CONFIRMATION: At the end of the order, a confirmation email will be sent with the specification of the order, such as the chosen payment method or the shipping address. If you notice any error at the address or at any other detail, we would appreciate if you would let us know through the following direction:, so that we proceed to its correction.



All the prices on the website have the VAT included. Nevertheless, you will always be able to see the division between the price and the VAT before finalizing the order.

ARRELS FUNDACIO reserves the right to modify prices at any time, always respecting the price established at the time of the purchase.



Payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

The customer can choose the payment method between paying by credit card, debit card or through PayPal and in any case, the payment must be done when placing the order.

The system used in it is called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and it consists on a payment system in a secure environment is used since it allows the encryption of the information transmitted during the transaction, ensuring the confidentiality of the transaction.

As a protection measure against fraud, ARRELS FUNDACIO may request customers to send additional documentation by email to certify the buyer’s identity as a lawful credit card owner. Estimated delivery time

ARRELS FUNDACIÓ ships its products throughout the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Courier company

The shipment will be made by a courier company (CORREOS EXPRESS).

All orders sent to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will include a shipping fee of 4 euros if the purchase costs less than 45 euros, if it costs more, the amount for shipping detachments will be free.

CORREOS EXPRESS will send an e-mail confirming the shipment and providing a REFERENCE to track the status of the delivery through its website.

The delivery is made through the courier company to the address given by the customer.

If at the time of collection/delivery you are not present at the collection point, CORREOS EXPRESS will make 3 delivery attempts. If they do not find you on the third attempt, they will leave the product in the nearest post office to be PICKED up within 10 days.

Receiving the order

If at the time of delivery it is visible and clear, without the need to remove the shipping packaging or those of the product, that a product has defects that have been caused because of the transport or, if a flaw in the goods is noticeable in the same way, the Customer must record it on the delivery note and communicate it to ARRELS FUNDACIO (by e-mail addressed to , as soon as possible and never later than 7 working days since the package is delivered, so that the affected product(s) can be returned and its replacement of the product or a refund can be made, as indicated in that email. (See section “RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL”).


If a product shows any lack of agreement under the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (GLPCU), and it is considered a durable nature as established in the RD 1507/2000, shows defects that make its normal utilization impossible or do not offer their benefits as described, the CUSTOMER will be entitled to, as the case may be, a repair, replacement or a price reduction within a year since the delivery date, provided that the conditions are met and the means of evidence regulated under the GLPCU are submitted, without prejudice to verifications aimed to the confirmation of the authenticity of the defect, the moment when the defect had occurred and its origin. The CUSTOMER has to address to and inform the entity about the nature of the problem, the moment when it appeared and its conditions within a month starting from the day on which the customer became aware of it, in order to be entitled to the reparation of the good under the conditions of the GLPCU. If the product is faulty, Arrels Fundació is committed, whenever possible, to replace the product without any cost on the CUSTOMER’S part, and if it is not possible owing to availability reasons, the defective product will be replaced for another of an equivalent nature.

Returns and withdrawal


If due to any reason you are not satisfied (f. e. the product is not what you expected or you do not like it), and of course if the product is defective, we will proceed to the refund of the money. If you wish, you can also exchange your item for another one. Partial product returns will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for the logistical costs of the return. THE MESSAGE COMPANY WILL PICK UP THE RETURN

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • the product is in poor condition
  • the product is not complete, accessories are missing or handled and/or broken.
  • missing accessories or instructions or any other documentation
  • the deadline for this purpose has elapsed
  • proof of purchase or invoice is not provided

The refund will be made once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition (except in cases of defective or damaged products during the transport of delivery to the customer) and never within more than 30 days.

The refund will be made through the chosen payment method. ARRELS WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH THE NOTICE.



The consumer and the user will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without the need to give a reason and without having any other cost than the return costs that will be paid by the consumer’s.

There is a period of 14 calendar days to make the return or withdrawal without having to give any reason. This should be communicated completing our withdrawal form or by sending an unequivocal declaration where the decision to withdraw from the contract is indicated to the email adress We remind you that the burden of proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal will fall on the consumer and user.

The costs of transporting the return will be borne by the buyer, except for the cases that the product is defective or it has suffered damages during its transport.

In case of withdrawal on the costumer’s part, we will refund the money charged with no additional costs (except for the delivery costs) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed from the date we have become aware of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

After the period to communicate the will to withdraw has passed, no change or return will be accepted.

The contract may not be withdrawn in the following cases, among others (Article 103 Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users):

  • The supply of goods made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly customized.
  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

These GCC are regulated by the Spanish law.

In order to solve any dispute that may come from the purchase of products in, the parts agree to submit to the courts or tribunals of BARCELONA and to waive any jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, except in the case of the imperative jurisdiction of consumers and users, in which case the competent jurisdiction will always be the court of where their residence is.
